The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even upgraded our room when the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The hotel is conveniently located between two subway lines, making it easy to explore the city. It's also just a short walk from a 24-hour shop and plenty of cafes and restaurants near the stations. Despite Tokyo's reputation for small rooms, this hotel surprised us with a more spacious room than we expected. It was clean, nice, and had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast, which was quite limited. However, if you're not a fussy eater, it'll do the job.

The room was bigger than what is usually offered in Japan and the location was in close proximity to multiple convenience stores and the subway station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The room was not well-maintained and the facilities seemed old and rusty. The air conditioning struggled to reach the entire room and there was no coin laundry machine available.
